A Whole Hog- Standard consists of:

• 3/4" bone-in chops- 2 per pack
• spare ribs
• 3/4" shoulder steaks- 2 per pack
• smoked ham- whole, roasts, or both
• thick-cut bacon- 1 lb. packages
• sausage- 1 lb. bulk packages
• brats- regular or jalapeno cheese (can be substituted for bulk sausage)
• smoked sausage in casing (can be substituted for bulk sausage or brats)
